Location is excellent, easy reach to skytrain and walk distance to nearby restaurants. Was able to check in early so a big “tick”

the staff here are amazing, the customer service that is offered is by far the best I have seen at a hotel.

Close to the airport and free shuttle to and from the airport. Also, the hotel is a few minutes from the Mall so it was good for shopping, etc.
